My collection consists of:

HDM hardcover pretty version
Lyra's Oxford
A companion novel who's name escapes me just at the present... :shifty:
One of the areas of greatest internal disagreement [in Western theology] is between those who insist that God as the divine Absolute must be eternal and thus timeless and changeless and those who argue that such changelessness, far from being an attribute of perfection, is actually a characteristic only of dead things or of abstract thought rather than of anything living.

Also I completely forgot till seeing Amyra's post that I have Laurie Frost's Elements of HDM too :P Rather a good reference book :)

I have the deluxe hardback trilogy in English
The Science of HDM by Mary & John Gribbin (Excellent overview of the science underlying HDM)
Dark Matter by Tony Watkins (Very good exposition of the story and many of the elements that make up HDM)
Killing the Impostor God by Donna Freitas and Jason E. King (An excellent analysis of the theological elements in HDM)

I also read several others and decided not to keep them (not as good as the ones above)
"The only incomprehensible thing about the universe is that it is comprehensible." -- Albert Einstein
"I'm a militant agnostic: I don't know and you don't either." -- Bumper Sticker
"I have no need of that hypothesis" (God) -- Pierre Laplace

i have two sets of books. both paper back.

one set i read and lend to people, the other set PP himself signed and i don't touch. unless it's to look and admire the fact he signed them.

the only other thing i have that he was involved with is a copy of paradise lost that he wrote the introduction for

The second post points to that topic, it's more popular when you include the trio itself, apparently! :P

My HDM collection;
The trilogy in the limited edition box set signed by Mr Pullman (mine's no. 664)British version
The trilogy in three paperbacks (very bashed with creased spines, well read all round)British version
'Once Upon A Time In The North' hardback
'Lyra's Oxford' hardback
'The Rough Guide to His Dark Materials'
'Darkness Visible: Inside The World Of Philip Pullman' by Nicholas Tucker
'The Science of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials' by Mary and John Gribbin
'Dark Matters: An Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide To His Dark Materials' by Lance Parkin and Mark Jones
'Exploring Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials' by Lois H. Gresh
'Discovering The Golden Compass' by George Beahm; art by Tim Kirk (Featuring the life of Philip Pullman in his own words)
'Navigating The Golden Compass: Religion, Science and Dæmonology in Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials' by Glenn Yeffeth
'Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials: The Definitive Guide' by Laurie Frost (A sort of HDM encyclopedia/dictionary)
Plus, one of those clever bookmarks with a picture that changes from Pantalaimon to Lyra and back when you adjust it.
We all need room to dream.

My dæmon is a cynical hare called Alexius (Alex). It isn't easy, but if you do gain his trust he is unfailingly loyal.
