I'm still not liking his armour - that golden looking in the darker images, place it in the brilliant northern daylight and he's shining kingly in a Ragnar-Sturlesque manner

Holy s***, that is a friggin' gigantic bear! I knew Iorek was big, but I imagined him as being just a slightly larger than normal polar bear.
And Pan should definitely have been visible. He's part of the main character!
