The main rules are simple:
All nominations must be for people or events that took place or joined before 17th June 2008.
You may nominate only one person per category.
You may only vote once per category.
You may not nominate yourself.

Voting begins on JUNE 29TH 2008 and will last for about a week.
The Awards will be given out around mid-July.
