Biography
Kathy Bates is an Academy Award winning American theatrical, film, and television actress. She is most prominently known for her role in the 1990 thriller Misery for which she won the Best Actress Oscar and Golden Globe Awards. Bates voices Hester, the dæmon of Texan Lee Scoresby. Her prior experience in voice acting includes roles in Bee Movie and Charlotte's Web.
