Usurper is pronounced "You-surper" in both British and American English so that isn't the error. Someone already mentioned that it's "panserborne" which is supposed to have a "j" in it.
But the publishing company has probably already been...

Panserborne & panserbjorne is two different things...
the first translates into " armored children" and the other into armored bear"

the way i've always heard usurper has sounded like "yooserper" so really, you don't need an N after the A, because if doesn't have the vowel soune, like hour has a vowel sound tho it stars w/ ah H. i dunno.
