Also known as God, he was the first of the Angels to condense out of Dust and the ruler of the Kingdom of Heaven. He claims to have been the Creator, but is in fact just another angel. Grown old and senile, he delegates power to Metatron, his regent. He also exiled Xaphania when she found out that he was just another angel. The Authority travels in the Clouded Mountain, also known as the Chariot. He lives at the time of TAS in a crystal litter. When Lyra and Will release him, he dissipates happily in the wind.
