City in the Sky

A city with palm trees from an other world, seen through the Aurora from Lyra's World.

This city isn't Cittàgazze. All the windows and worlds shifted when Lord Asriel blasted a hole through the Aurora, creating his bridge to the stars. So the "City in the Sky" and Cittàgazze aren't at the same place as before, therefore it's possible that Lyra enters Cittàgazze through the window at Svalbard while Will enters Cittàgazze through the window at Oxford.
