Dominic Cooper

Cooper is from Greenwich, London. Cooper created the role of Dakin in the original London stage production of Alan Bennett's play The History Boys, having been involved in The History Boys from its very first reading. He also appeared in the Broadway, Sydney, Wellington and Hong Kong productions and radio and film versions of the play. He has had notable supporting roles in the Royal National Theatre's adaptation of the His Dark Materials trilogy, the TV series Down To Earth, and the film Starter for 10.
He is currently working on Rupert Wyatt's The Escapist, and also has a role in John Krasinski's forthcoming adaptation of Brief Interviews with Hideous Men.
