Pandæmonium
From Srafopedia
In John Milton's Paradise Lost, Satan's city (in HDM, the equivalent is the Basalt Fortress) is called Pandæmonium.
The name Pandæmonium comes from the words Greek words for 'all' and 'demons' [1].

Speculation
The connection is tenuous at best, but Pan is a dæmon: thus, Pan-dæmon, or Pandæmonium. Also, perhaps even more tenuously, in the Republic of Heaven no one is separated from their dæmon, so it is a place of 'all daemons'.
