A child who lives in the haunted city of Città gazze with his older sister, Angelica, and his older brother, Tullio.
His brother, Tullio, is later killed by specters after a fight with Will over The Subtle Knife. Angelica and Paolo blame Lyra and Will
and they and the other Città gazze urchins set out to kill Lyra and Will. He and his sister are mentioned briefly in chapter 10 of TAS.
