Quantum Entanglement

Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon in quantum mechanics which deals with two or more quantum states, such as particles, being linked (or "entangled") in such a way that disturbing one of them immediately affects the other regardless of their spatial separation. In His Dark Materials quantum entanglement is used to explain the mechanism of the Lodestone Resonator.
