Salcilia is the unsettled dæmon of Roger Parslow. She mostly takes on the form of a terrier, though she took on the form of a bird when she sees Pantalaimon (Lyra's dæmon) at Bolvangar. She was used in an experiment by Lord Asriel at the end of The Golden Compass and she vanished and Roger died.
