Tullio is Angelica and Paolo's brother. He steals The Subtle Knife from Giacomo Paradisi, and tries to cut a way into one of the other worlds, to escape from the specters, but he cannot because he hasn't been trained and is not the true bearer. Will fights with him to regain the knife, and after the fight Tullio runs out of the Torre degli Angeli to be attacked by specters in front of his little brother and sister.
